I feel as though a quote from the Italian climber, "Walter Bonatti" explains the whole spirit of this Adventure perfectly.

• "Mountains are the means, the man is the end. The goal is not to reach the tops of mountains, but to improve the man."

Which is why this trip is not some epic struggle to climb a mountain, but to instead as Walter Bonatti puts it, "improve (upon) the man." This trip will not require months of planning or a constant struggle to get the weather to give you just one chance, it is instead centered around finding craigs, rock climbing, and climbing to the top of a 14,000ft iconic mountian that was once an American national monument, "Mount Holy Cross."
