In addition to the general disclaimer, data protection and copyright notices on www.mammut.ch, the following conditions apply to the use of Mammut Basecamp:

Limitation of liability
Use of the contents of the website and participation in competitions is at the user’s own risk. The Mammut Sports Group declines any liability in this respect. Contributions made by named individuals reflect the opinion of the author and not that of the Mammut Sports Group.
Use of www.mammut.ch/basecamp in no way creates any contractual relationship between the user and the provider.
Participation
All private individuals with a Basecamp user account are eligible to take part in competitions and drawings. Each individual may create just one profile. All employees of the Mammut Sports Group and employees of the agencies it appoints are excluded from taking part in the competitions.
Registrations are recorded on the Internet at www.mammut.ch/basecamp.
Competition
No correspondence will be entered into in relation to the competitions and drawings. Legal process and cash payments are excluded. All winners will be notified by Mammut in writing. If it is not possible to contact a winner as a result of incomplete or incorrect registration details, his claim to the prize shall expire. Winners agree to the publication of their names on the Internet. Prizewinners agree to the publication of their names and photos in printed media, on the television and on the Internet.
Data
By entering their contact details, participants agree to receive messages from Basecamp delivered to their specified email address. In addition, Mammut may use any photos and videos uploaded by users. Participants’ data shall be treated confidentially. The Mammut Sports Group will not forward this data to third parties.
Gender
In these conditions of participation and use, any gender references are understood to apply to both male and female persons.

By registering for the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.
